Since 1932 the Cappelli family produce extra virgin olive oil in the hills of Chianti region . The types of olive most represented areMoraiolo, Leccino, Frantoio and Morchiaio.
The characteristics of the area and the arrangements of cultivation do not require the use of pesticides, while fertilizing are made with organic fertilizers exclusively with low dosages in order to give priority to the quality of the olives, even at the expense of the quantity, and to reduce the environmental impact according to the principles of organic farming.
